What you can expect As a strategic business partner, the Senior HRBP is responsible for managing and providing day-to-day HR services. This includes efficiently handling the full employee cycle, including attraction, performance management, talent management, career development, and compensation and benefits, in alignment with local and group guidelines.
Responsibilities and Duties: -
- Provide support to the Regional or Sectoral HR Manager on all HR-related aspects, ensuring alignment with corporate and regional directions for successful HR process and policy implementation.
- Provides day-to-day support and expert advice, guidance and recommendations to the managers and the management team on all operational and strategic HR issues.
- Building a strong network across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers in hiring process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview, and selection & onboarding. Strengthen internal mobility by connecting HR teams across regions to facilitate internal transfers.
- Facilitate Internal Mobility by ensuring seamless coordination between HR teams across regions to comply with internal transfer policies. This includes securing consensus from both regions, involving Heads of Departments (HODs) and HR, to approve and execute internal transfers efficiently.
- Managing payroll outsourcing to a 3rd party. Preferably with SAP Background.
- Comply and embrace all the HR processes in an efficient and thus cost-effective manner, this includes efficient data management, storage & analysis.
- Collaborate with management to identify development needs and ensure successful development and training of employees in coordination with Talent Management
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, improve our culture, and increase retention.
- Ensure full compliance with local law and where needed, international labor law legislation. Consults with external/internal legal advisors as needed/required.
- Facilitate in effective communication within the organization. This includes conducting employee briefings, organizing workshops to provide HR updates, and promoting employee engagement initiatives.
- University degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance or other relevant professional qualification.
- Minimum 7- 10 years of HR experiences.
- Familiarity with the Australia Fair Work Act and related employment legislation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Power Point.
- Possess analytical skills, result oriented and fast learner.
- Excellent in communication, being proactive, self-motivated and independent.
