Overview Of Our Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager - Infrastructure & Workplace Technology, site relocation & deployment projects for Jemena.

In this role, you will bring together teams across the organisation to shape the digital working experience in our offices and sites across our country and help deliver tools and platforms used organisationally. We’re looking for someone with experience in site fit outs, enterprise technology and tool rolls outs and lifecycle management. Whilst the role is based in Melbourne, you will also travel Australia wide as required by projects.

A Little About You

  • Successfully leading medium to high complexity projects (3+years) from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising based on business needs while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
  • Guiding and supporting cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Engaging and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Effectively managing budgets, tracking costs, and maintaining financial discipline throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Driving risk management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement to enhance project success.
  • Navigating project methodologies and tools, tailoring approaches to meet business needs while ensuring compliance and best practices.

Qualifications / Certifications & Skills

  • Relevant qualification in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in project delivery, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of the digital and IT environment.
  • Understanding of IT Infrastructure and Modern workplace technology
  • Demonstrated ability to guide, support, and develop others.
  • Highly collaborative with the capacity to influence and build alignment across the organisation.
