The Role

We are seeking a mixologist extraordinaire! An enthusiastic individual who has an unwavering passion and flair for all things Food & Beverage.

We can offer weekday through to weekend shifts serving cocktails in one of the most special venues in Brisbane. Our exceptional award-winning venue thrives with personality and gastric delights to suit every taste.

About You

The positions report to Food and Beverage Managers and will work alongside a passionate and supportive team who believe in crafting incredible culinary experiences for all guests.

We take great pride in delivering the very best dining experience in our Restaurant - Mews and Fiume Rooftop Bar. We are seeking zealous, engaging and professional food and beverage wizards!

You Will Need To Demonstrate

• Recent experience in food and beverage service in a high-end environment
• A current QLD RSA Certificate
• Availability across a 7 day roster - PM shifts
• A high standard of service and an agile, high-energy personality
• An engaging, confident and guest centric character with a natural drive to provide memorable guest experiences
  
  

As a Cocktail Curator, you will collaborate with our guests by:

• Demonstrating experience in cocktail, champagne, and wine service
• Possessing an absolute passion for your craft
• A high standard of service and excellent attention to detail
• The ability to anticipate and respond to customer requests in a professional and timely manner
• A natural energy with a fun and positive attitude
• An innate ability to engage with our guests enhancing their experience and leaving them with lasting memories
