What You’ll Do
As Pharmacy Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of a Pharmacy and its’ team members. Unlike Community Pharmacy, where the focus is often on volume and retail, Clinical Pharmacy offers a highly technical, clinically rich environment where precision, collaboration, and continuous learning are part of everyday practice.
Key Responsibilities
You are a confident, experienced Pharmacist with proven leadership capabilities. Relevant experience in Oncology, Clinical Trials, and Compounding experience is highly valued but not mandatory as full training will be provided.

- Lead and manage Pharmacy operations and team performance
- Provide clinical oversight and ensure safe, effective medication management
- Support and mentor a team of Pharmacists and Technicians
- Collaborate with on-site Oncologists, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals
- Oversee compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in pharmacy services
- Support the delivery of clinical trials and compounding services
You are a confident, experienced Pharmacist with proven leadership capabilities. Relevant experience in Oncology, Clinical Trials, and Compounding experience is highly valued but not mandatory as full training will be provided.
Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA general registration as a Pharmacist.
- Minimum 5-years Pharmacist experience in an Australian setting, with demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- The ability to build effective relationships withy Clinicians and Hospital Executives
- A proactive mindset with a focus on growth and innovation
- Pharmacy experience in Oncology, Clinical Trials, or Compounding.
- Hospital Pharmacy experience.
