What’s the role?

You’ll be at the forefront of supporting one of Australia’s most diverse and fast-growing regions. As a Senior Relationship Manager based in Darwin, you’ll manage a diversified portfolio of commercial clients. You’ll work with businesses with lending needs from $3M to $50M, delivering tailored financial solutions and strategic insights to help them grow and succeed.

This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in the Northern Territory’s economic development, backed by a collaborative and high-performing Commercial Banking team.

What do I need?

  • Commercial Banking Expertise: Strong understanding of diversified industries and business banking needs.
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
  • Credit Skills: Proficient in cashflow lending, balance sheet analysis, and complex deal structuring.
  • Business Development: Demonstrated success in acquiring and growing customer portfolios.
  • Local Insight: A well-established network and understanding of the Northern Territory business landscape.
