About The Role

You'll join a team dedicated to assessing, negotiating, and arranging of motor claims recoveries, providing an end-to-end service for customers and internal stakeholders. In this role, your responsibilities would include:

• Assess and determine claims liability in the context of motor insurance claims
• Utilise relevent documentation to make a fair determination of the liable amount for the at-fault insurer
• Negotiate with insurers to obatin accurate and fair recovery of monies in a timely mannner
• Interpret and review related documentation including assessment reports, repair estimates and invoices
• Maintain clear correspondence with all internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor the collection of monies and track payment of relevent funds
  
  

Working hours for this position are 8.30am-5pm Mon-Fri. This position requires you in the office 4 days a week.

What You Will Bring

• 2+ years experience in recoveries, insurance claims, or a financial services environment
• Experience in negotiation or investigations is highly desirable
• High level attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong desire to provide a positive outcome for the customer and service their needs
