Asset Manager

We currently have an opportunity for an Asset Manager. Join our Health and Education team and play a key role in delivering strategic asset management and compliance. Reporting to the Facilities Director, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
This is a 12-month fixed-term position with a possibility to extend the contract, subject to project requirements and performance.
What You'll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Lead the delivery of asset management and compliance strategies across a major healthcare facility.
- Oversee lifecycle planning, asset condition analysis, and preventative maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance infrastructure performance and system resilience.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, and safety obligations.
What You'll Bring
- Engineering qualifications with technical knowledge of hospital infrastructure and systems.
- Proven experience in Asset Facilities Management within hospital facility environments.
- Strong understanding of ISO 55000, lifecycle planning, and performance-based contracts.
- Knowledge of PPP models would be advantageous.
- Ability to lead subcontractor performance and manage compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with strong reporting skills and attention to accuracy.
