JOB OVERVIEW: The Digital Marketing Specialist will primarily be in charge of the content creation, Social Media management and brand presentation to clients for a part-time 20 hours per week basis, with the intent to transition to full time eventually.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Create tangible marketing assets, such as:
- Proposal materials
- Client-facing collateral and documents
- A Canva license is already available for useProficiency in Canva
- SEO Strategy & Execution:
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic, high-conversion opportunities across various industries and niches
- Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headings, URLs, content) to improve rankings on Google search results
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that could impact site performance, including speed, mobile-friendliness, crawl errors, and broken links
- Monitor and track the performance of SEO efforts using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools
- Google Ads & Analytics:
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search Ads, Display Ads, and Google Shopping Ads to drive traffic and sales
- Analyze Google Analytics data to measure the success of campaigns, track KPIs (traffic, conversions, bounce rate), and provide recommendations for improvements
- Develop custom reports and dashboards for ongoing performance tracking and presenting key insights to stakeholders
- Lead Generation:
- Build lead lists through Google research, social media reach outs, and upload them into the CRM and/or shared internal spreadsheets
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with prospective clients through excellent communication and follow-up
- Manage and update the CRM with call notes and appointment details
- Adjust strategies based on performance data to optimize lead generation effort continuously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field
- At least three (3) years of proven experience in a marketing or communications role
- Proficiency in using Canva
- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Meta Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- A proactive mindset with attention to detail
