Position Summary
The HRBP Lead for ANZ acts as the trusted advisor and HR business partner to the Sub-region and Functional Leadership to define and deliver on the people agenda, which includes talent acquisition, development, organizational design & employee engagement initiatives, working closely with the global HR functional teams, to ensure the achievement of global and regional business objectives. The role also ensures efficient & professional delivery of HR services through partnering with regional/country management & functional leaders to develop, communicate and coordinate the successful implementation of prioritized company and/or global HR initiatives that support the business strategies of FMC in these markets.
Workforce size: Approximately 100 including the manufacturing site Wyong

The Role
- Develop trusted relationships with business and functional leadership teams to proactively support business needs and drive a people agenda that enables successful achievement of business results.
- Partner with the relevant global HRBPs and AskHR / HR Operations team in APAC region to proactively & successfully deliver strategic and operational HR solutions and services for the respective client groups.
- Lead and drive HR processes/programs and action plans related to the implementation of global HR initiatives, and potential and new business or growth initiatives.
- Lead the design and implementation of changes for ANZ, including but not limited to workforce planning, organizational design & development, re-organization etc.
- Effectively deliver and manage HR processes related to talent management, performance management and leadership development based on global frameworks.
- Analyze trends across each market to define action plans related to attraction, retention and development of key talents in line with the global talent management framework.
- Research, develop, and implement new or updated HR offerings, policies and procedures by working closely with Head of HR APAC and global HR COEs, business and functional leaders and teams across ANZ.
- Lead and manage employee relations related matters to ensure compliance with local labour regulations.
- Lead or participate in global or regional projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experiences in environments that value excellence and drive high standards, with some experience in managing teams in a matrix structure
- Robust working knowledge of applicable employment laws, regulations and business practices in ANZ.
- Strengths in compensation and benefits, talent management, business partnering and performance management. Some experience in organization design and change management would be advantageous.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; energized by change agenda.
- Execution oriented with strong project management, problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
- Critical thinking skills balanced with strong emotional intelligence to align and integrate disparate programs, embracing a global approach while taking a practical yet creative approach towards country deliverables.

- Infrequent travel in ANZ and the APAC region may be required.
