To Succeed In This Role, You’ll Need
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor equivalent in Early Childhood.
- Valid WWCC and current First Aid or CPR Certificate.
- Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, EYLF, and NQS.
- Training in child protection, Red Nose, and food safety (or willingness to obtain).
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- A drive to rebuild and grow a thriving Centre.
- A proactive, collaborative spirit with a passion for excellence in early education.
- Previous experience in a Centre Manager role is a must for this one!!
