Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of passionate veterinarians and support staff
- Foster a culture of learning, mentorship, and professional development
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager and Regional Manager on clinic strategy and goals
- Maintain a strong clinical presence with a mix of surgical and medical cases
- Deliver training and development support to junior vets through regular clinical sessions

- Relocation allowance for interstate applicants
- Flexible full-time roster: 4 weekdays and 1 in 3 weekends (rotating public holiday shifts)

- Purpose-built facilities including four consult rooms, sterile surgical suite, treatment areas, and digital radiography
- Highly skilled nursing and reception team to support your success
- Dedicated time for pathology callbacks during consulting shifts
- A loyal, engaged client base with a broad range of cases
- Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 6:30pm (Vets start from 8:00am)
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:30am – 3:00pm
- Public Holidays: 8:00am – 4:00pm
