- Oversee a team of Internal Sales Consultants, ensuring they provide exceptional service to customers through various communication channels
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback to help individuals meet their productivity and service quality targets
- Drive continuous improvement in customer service by identifying and implementing process enhancements
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging cooperation between Consultants and other internal teams
- Provide training, mentoring, and development opportunities for team members
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact centre environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and lead a team to meet and exceed their performance targets
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service, with the ability to empathise with customers and understand their needs
- Skilled in managing and resolving conflicts, ensuring a positive working environment
