What You'll Be Doing
- Represent and market award-winning personal development and leadership programs
- Engage with individuals seeking growth, and guide them through a simple online process
- Participate in virtual development sessions to stay aligned and upskilled
- Work autonomously (suggested minimum: 15 hrs/week)
- Be supported by a collaborative global community of professionals
- 5+ years’ experience in coaching, HR, L&D, or a related field
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Familiarity with digital tools (Zoom, email, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- A self-motivated mindset and desire to work independently
- A strong interest in personal and professional growth
- Residency in Australia, New Zealand, USA, or Canada
- You're exploring complementary income options that align with your coaching or corporate work
