AWS is seeking a leader for Field Sales Operations to drive operational excellence across a team of talented individuals who are the operations partners for sales leaders in Australia and New Zealand.

This leader will manage business cadences within ANZ driving consistency across the team, and will also work with worldwide teams to manage the local execution of global business processes with a focus on optimisation and simplification.

Key job responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Field Sales Operations Managers driving team engagement and career development.
  • Develop simple scalable solutions and mechanisms to help the business achieve revenue attainment and growth goals, whilst maximising productivity.
  • Project-manage complex workflows including Annual and In-year Planning in partnership with the Planning team; managing segmentation, quota planning, goaling, issue management and escalation pathways.
  • Use data and analyses to deliver business insights and inform strategies, communicating complex concepts, both written and verbal, in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Sales, Business Intelligence, Finance, Marketing, Recruiting, Compensation and other Operations teams.

About The Team

The Field Sales Operations team are part of the ANZ Sales Operations and Strategy team; advisors and partners to ANZ sales leaders driving sales success through operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years in sales operations, strategy, business intelligence, program management or other related field.
  • Experience in a leadership role and leading high performing teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently, prioritise ruthlessly, and manage competing demands.
  • Experience with business-process design and optimisation.
  • Experience with analytics and/or preparing business reviews for senior management.
  • Proven business judgment and ability to influence others.
