We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Program Delivery Manager to lead delivery across Sales and Distribution. This role is central to aligning large-scale technology and operational investments with strategic business goals - from inception to implementation.

Working closely with senior business leaders across corporate sales, mid-market sales, sales operations, and performance functions, you will oversee a complex portfolio of projects, applications, vendors, and a hybrid team of internal and contracted resources.

You will be accountable for ensuring that all programs are delivered with a strong focus on customer outcomes, security, and operational resilience. The role also involves mentoring cross-functional teams and enabling service excellence through continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program delivery aligned with business and technology strategy.
  • Manage delivery teams across locations, ensuring high performance and alignment.
  • Oversee service quality, IT compliance, and operational risk management.
  • Coordinate across business functions and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive initiatives that modernize the tech stack and improve customer-facing platforms.
  • Support service management strategies and deliver measurable service improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops and collaboration across business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years' experience delivering large-scale programs in a scaled agile environment.
  • Project/program management expertise, with solid service delivery capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and vendor relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience across customer platforms, operational systems, and enterprise applications.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive innovation and solve complex problems.
  • Expertise in service operations, IT governance, and compliance practices.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Advanced influencing, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
  • (Preferred) Experience in high-volume, customer-centric industries (e.g., transport, logistics, retail, or similar).
