The Opportunity

This role has been designed to support a growing service portfolio that delivers vital support to individuals and communities. With circa 70% focus on Organisational Development and 30% on generalist HR, the successful candidate will be pivotal in leading culture, capability, and engagement initiatives aligned to strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver organisational development initiatives across leadership, engagement, workforce planning and succession.
  • Partner with senior leaders to shape strategic people plans and foster a high-performance, trauma-informed culture.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts that drive capability uplift and measurable outcomes.
  • Coach leaders and provide HR support across performance management, change, and employee engagement.
  • Contribute to key strategic projects, including cultural transformation, talent development and organisational design.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in an OD, HRBP or strategic P&C role with a strong development mindset.
  • A relevant degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success delivering OD interventions with measurable results.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to translate people strategies into practical outcomes.
  • Experience working in complex, mission-driven organisations, ideally within health, community, or social services.
  • Strong facilitation skills and the ability to influence and build trust across senior stakeholders.
