We’re now looking for a motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance Team and play a key role in keeping our accounts running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with exposure to multiple entities across the HPX Group (Hamilton Locke, Source, Materra and Helios Salinger). You’ll work closely with our Credit Controller, wider finance team, and offshore support to make sure everything from collections to reconciliations is accurate, efficient, and client friendly.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work closely with our Credit Controller, wider finance team, and offshore support to make sure everything from collections to reconciliations is accurate, efficient, and client friendly.
Collections & Debtor Management
- Own the accounts receivable process - focusing on professional services clients
- Proactively follow up on overdue invoices via phone and email
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues
- Monitor the AR inbox and respond to client queries
- Apply daily receipting of payments
- Investigate unallocated receipts and ensure proper allocation or refunds
- Support debtor reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Work with offshore accounting support to resolve reconciliation issues
- Assist with finance admin as needed (e.g. corporate credit card management)
- Get involved in exciting finance transformation projects like implementing a brand-new Practice Management System

- 4+ years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills - you’re confident engaging with clients and internal teams
- Ability to juggle competing priorities and manage your time effectively
- Experience in professional services or regulated industries (ideal, but not essential)
- Intermediate Excel skills and tech-savviness
- Experience with legal Practice Management Systems (a plus, but not essential)
- A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
