What you’ll be responsible for
Coordinate and schedule vetted tradespeople for insurance repairs and disability bathroom modifications
Manage 35–45 active jobs, ensuring smooth workflows, quality outcomes, and timely delivery
Communicate clearly with customers and provide regular updates throughout the repair process
Use job management systems (Prime Eco) and insurance portals to track progress and handle documentation
Adapt to changing workloads, especially during weather events, while supporting projects across multiple regions
What you’ll need to be successful
Experience in project coordination or job scheduling, ideally in construction, insurance, or property repairs
Understanding of insurance claim processes and experience with insurance-related building repairs is ideal
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage expectations professionally
Confident using digital tools and job management systems (e.g., Prime Eco); tech-savvy and organised
Adaptable under pressure with a proactive, can-do attitude
