What you’ll be responsible for


  • Coordinate and schedule vetted tradespeople for insurance repairs and disability bathroom modifications

  • Manage 35–45 active jobs, ensuring smooth workflows, quality outcomes, and timely delivery

  • Communicate clearly with customers and provide regular updates throughout the repair process

  • Use job management systems (Prime Eco) and insurance portals to track progress and handle documentation

  • Adapt to changing workloads, especially during weather events, while supporting projects across multiple regions


What you’ll need to be successful

  • Experience in project coordination or job scheduling, ideally in construction, insurance, or property repairs

  • Understanding of insurance claim processes and experience with insurance-related building repairs is ideal

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage expectations professionally

  • Confident using digital tools and job management systems (e.g., Prime Eco); tech-savvy and organised

  • Adaptable under pressure with a proactive, can-do attitude
