About The Role

Our Client is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join their dynamic team in Forrestdale, WA. This full-time role will be responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts, developing long-term relationships, and driving sales success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of strategic accounts to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Develop and execute account plans to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities
  • Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your portfolio
  • Analyse sales data and provide actionable insights to the broader team
  • Support marketing initiatives to promote the company's products and services

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record of success in a sales account management role, ideally within the industry
  • Strong customer relationship management skills and the ability to build trust with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade
  • Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborative team player with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience

$10 k car allowance - light use less than 10,000 km
