As a Salesforce Tester, you will make an impact by ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce solutions, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Field Service Management (FSM) Scheduling. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce applications.

In This Role, You Will
- Conduct comprehensive testing of Salesforce applications, focusing on FSM and Scheduling.
- Validate data integrity and ensure coordination between Salesforce Core and FSM modules.
- Utilize OpenText ALM and Microsoft Azure DevOps for requirements management and testing.
- Collaborate within Agile delivery frameworks to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases based on business requirements.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- Extensive hands-on experience in testing Salesforce applications, with a strong focus on Salesforce FSM, especially Scheduling.
- Proven ability to validate data integrity and ensure coordination between Salesforce Core and FSM modules.
- Extensive experience using OpenText ALM and Microsoft Azure DevOps, particularly within the requirements management module.
- Demonstrated experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience with test automation using TOSCA, particularly for Salesforce applications.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner
