The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Writer to develop and maintain clear, accurate, and compliant Health & Safety documentation for our mining operation. This role involves creating and updating manuals, procedures, work instructions, and hazard assessments that align with Australian Health & Safety regulations, industry best practices, and internal standards. You’ll play a key role in shaping a safe and compliant work environment, working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and essential industry. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a culture of safety and operational excellence.

About You:

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent technical writing skills, with the ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences. High attention to detail, strong analytical and planning capabilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement are key attributes. Equally important are strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is essential for success in this role.

The successful candidate will be required to provide a national police clearance that is not older than 3 months.

You must have current unrestricted working rights for Australia to be eligible for consideration.
