Gross Profit based on up to $62.5k sales commission.

Your role will involve a mix of strategic planning, client engagement, sales execution, and marketing collaboration, with a focus on expanding presence in energy and resource sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Market Development
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
- Identify and target key clients in energy, and resources sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients, and key stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for high-value clients and project negotiations.
- Drive the full sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
- Develop quotations and proposals in collaboration with the General Manager.
- Identify new product lines or revenue streams to expand business scope.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and business development goals.
- Work with Operations, Management, and Marketing to align business strategies.
- Assist with website and social media development to enhance brand presence.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Analyse market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Prepare monthly and annual reports on business development performance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and KPIs.
- Identify new service opportunities for cable restoration.
- Develop and enhance existing service lines to improve quality and efficiency.
- Play a key role in driving innovation and expanding service offerings.
- Proven success in business development, sales, or a comparable role.
- Strong industry experience in energy, resources sales.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a client-first approach.
- Experience in sales strategy, market analysis, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and business management tools.
- A goal-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
- Marketing experience (trade shows, digital campaigns, online promotions).
- Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
- Background in industrial sales, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance in industrial environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients efficiently.
