An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Systems Administrator to join our Supply Chain team on a permanent, full-time basis, working Monday to Friday.
While this role will ultimately be based at our brand-new complex in Salisbury South, the successful candidate may initially commence at our Parkside Factory and transition to Salisbury South once the new site is ready for the team to move across.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in providing administrative support, data management, reporting, and coordination between warehousing and production.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Reviewing daily production data and investigating & resolving discrepancies/errors.
- Accurate data entry and reporting using the QAD inventory management system.
- Maintaining registers and internal systems.
- Supporting the preparation of documentation for reporting purposes.
- Raising requisitions for production sites.
- Processing daily store orders, managing allocations and assisting with the entry of purchase orders.
To be successful in the position, you have:
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational, administrative and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data reporting.
- Initiative and a professional approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
