Our client is looking for a Digital Program Coordinator to work on a large digital transformation initiative.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on digital projects and will be well versed in the Agile approach.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Engage stakeholders across digital and transformation programs, collaborating with Program Directors and internal teams
  • Coordinate program operations including steering committee packs, contracts, budgets, financial reconciliations and records
  • Track deliverables to ensure program timelines and milestones are met
  • Support governance and assurance, including risk and performance reporting, schedules, and stakeholder updates
  • Provide administrative support for program-related meetings, agendas, action items, and communication activities
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Administration, Business, or Project Management
  • 5+ years’ experience in program coordination across government, infrastructure, or enterprise environments
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies and PMO processes
  • Proven ability in stakeholder engagement, communication, and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
