What You'll Be Doing

As a Graduate Accountant, you will:

  • Work closely with experienced professionals on real client work from day one.
  • Prepare financial statements and tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and SMSFs.
  • Support tax planning, payroll, and compliance tasks across a broad client portfolio.
  • Build strong foundations in client engagement and communication.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to accounting systems, tools, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture that values accuracy, learning, and professional pride.

We're looking for someone who's eager to learn, ready to step up, and excited by the opportunities a career in professional services can bring.

  • Recently completed (or near completion of) a degree in Accounting, Business, or Commerce.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-first mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in tax, compliance, and advisory work.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and keen to build skills in cloud-based accounting platforms.
  • Willingness to learn, take ownership, and be part of a high-performing and collaborative team.
