Our Security business is focused on protecting our client's people, information, property, and reputation. We do this through a comprehensive approach to security planning, whether cyber security, physical security, or counterterrorism.
Our Security team provides wide range of services including security governance, design, engineering, assurance, verification and validation to critical infrastructure clients.
We are seeking a Security Business Development professional to join our growing team. This role is focused on business development and requires a strong understanding of security services, including both cyber and physical/electronic security. The main objectives are to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

We are seeking a Security Business Development professional to join our growing team. This role is focused on business development and requires a strong understanding of security services, including both cyber and physical/electronic security. The main objectives are to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to grow security service offerings across cyber, electronic, and physical security domains.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders, partnerships, and long-term client engagements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored proposals, scopes of work, and solution presentations.
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.
- Foster a culture of innovation and digital transformation by identifying opportunities in critical infrastructure sectors.
- Work closely with communications stakeholders to promote the security portfolio through campaigns, case studies, and thought leadership.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in both cybersecurity and electronic security.
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
- At minimum 5+ years’ experience in business development or sales of security services within the critical infrastructures.
- Proven track record of developing and closing large-scale deals and partnerships.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards, technologies, and risk-based solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to travel and attend meetings across different time zones.
- Possess an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to think disruptively and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Ability to learn and quickly adapt to new sectors and technologies.
- Experience working in critical infrastructure sectors such as transport, defense, energy, data centers, water, or government.
- An existing network and client base within the security or technology sector is highly desirable.
- Professional cyber and network security certifications are preferred.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (e.g. Spanish, French) is an advantage.
- Holding a security clearance is preferred.
