About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, this role is all about partnership. You'll work closely with leaders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Supply Chain to provide financial insights, shape strategy, and optimise performance across a diverse portfolio of product categories and channels.
You'll be the go-to for commercial forecasting, pricing recommendations, promotional efficiency, and sales analysis-bringing data to life and helping the business make confident, informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Product leaders to manage investment, forecasts, and margin strategies
- Deliver insights at weekly sales calls using dashboards to track orders, margin, rebates, and stock health
- Provide pricing recommendations based on stock levels, SKU transitions, E&O, and market benchmarks
- Lead monthly cost centre reviews for Product and Account Manager teams
- Support Marketing with commercial data across AU/NZ
- Participate in monthly Demand Review and S&OP meetings
- Align supply forecasts with financial outcomes through the S&OE process
- Present sales summaries to senior leadership, including GMs and MD
- Track daily sales vs. forecast across business units and countries
- Manage retail dashboards and demand variance trackers
- Report on category performance and identify emerging risks or opportunities

What You Bring
- Proven experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
- Experience with forecasting, pricing, and performance reporting
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for driving business outcomes
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
