Your Role
The day-to-day responsibilities will see you implement, manage and support our clients on a broad range of technologies. You will foster strong relationships with clients and understand their technology and business. You will also foster strong relationships with your team.
Your Professional Skills And Experience
We are looking for highly skilled and capable individuals. Ideally, you will have experience at another Managed Services Provider working with mid-market organisations.
Technically, you will have extensive experience and consider yourself an expert in the implementation and management of technologies including:
Your experience should be backed by current formal certifications in many of the technologies noted above, particularly in relation to Microsoft (Microsoft Certified and Microsoft 365 Certified).
Your Personal Skills
You will be working with our clients, so we expect you to have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You should have a passion for IT and for what IT can deliver for our clients.
You need to work both autonomously and with a team. You need to be a great problem solver and a lateral thinker. You also need to enjoy learning and sharing knowledge.
Employment Specifics
This is a full-time, permanent role. Due to the nature of IT work, the position will involve some after-hours and weekend work.
You must have a full driver’s license, must be an Australian Citizen (or have ongoing work rights in Australia) and your employment is subject to completing a Criminal History Clearance Check.

- Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint
- Microsoft Azure
- Mandatory Experience
- Server hardware, storage and virtualisation (Dell, VMWare, HyperV etc).
- Networks and firewalls (eg: Checkpoint, Sophos, Dell etc).
- Many of the following
- Microsoft Intune including Autopilot
- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Windows Servers
- Azure AD / AD
- Cyber security tools and frameworks.
