The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Projects and Operations Support Coordinator to join our Collaborative College Centre (CCC) team. This pivotal part-time role supports the CCC’s operational and project functions, including financial administration, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Working closely with the Chief Information Officer and broader CCC team, you will help ensure the smooth delivery of departmental operations and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor budgets, process invoices, and liaise with Finance to ensure timely and accurate financial administration
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project activities, including agendas and documentation
- Maintain structured project records and track action items, risks, and issues
- Assist with project reporting, governance processes, and annual planning cycles
- Support internal and external stakeholder communications and engagement
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture through coordination of team events and planning activities
- Provide hands-on support for small projects as required

- Experience in similar administrative or project coordination roles
