Claims Executive

We’re seeking a Claims Executive to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance claims, including property, liability, motor, and specialty lines. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the claims process, advocate for clients, and work within a supportive and down-to-earth team.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Manage end-to-end claims across a commercial portfolio including property, liability, motor and speciality lines
• Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the claims process, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Assess and process claims in line with company policies and insurer guidelines
• Negotiate settlements with insurers to achieve the best possible results for clients
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance and reporting standards are met
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve timely and effective claims resolution
• Ensure high levels of service, professionalism, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations

We are looking for someone with:

• Minimum 5 years experience in the insurance claims environment, with a preference for commercial lines experience
• Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail
• Proven negotiation skills with the ability to handle complex claims scenarios
• A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple claims efficiently
