As part of our continued growth and development, we’re looking to add two Manual Test Analysts to our team - one focused on API testing and one on Mobile testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with product managers to understand feature requirements
• Manual and automated testing of web applications and mobile/native applications
• Cross browser and device testing
• Building automated tests
• Troubleshooting bug reports from customers with the HT support team
• Providing feedback to developers and product managers
Working side by side with developers to produce high quality results and other duties as required

What You'll bring:

• 4+ years’ experience web application testing
• Experience working in an agile product development team
• Experience with standard agile software development processes
• Experience with JIRA/BrowserStack and CI/CD tools
• Collaborative with strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly desirable:

• Experience/Skills in using MSSQL/Postgres DB
• Experience in analyzing the requirements and writing Test scenarios/ Test cases for the application under development/test with good coverage
• Experience working within an evergreen, high-throughput product team that is shipping features daily
• Experience working in a software-based business-to-business setting
• Collaborative with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical problem-solver with high attention to detail
• Capacity for technical creativity
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict targets and timelines
Motivated self-starter with a positive can-do attitude and who is proactive and takes initiative
