About The Role

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in our Risk Governance & Reporting team? As the Senior Analyst, you'll be at the heart of managing and uplifting policies and standards across the Group. You'll be assisting with the planning and coordination of risk-related committees and playing a key role in our Risk Transformation Program.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager - Risk Governance & Reporting, you'll enhance the policy review process, manage publication pathways, draft agendas for various risk-related committees, and engage with relevant stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will also include driving and coordinating the Policy Governance Committee and drafting various risk reports. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about risk management and compliance!

About You

You'll bring with you proven experience in financial services, with a strong background in risk management and compliance. Your knowledge of prudential regulation and banking operations is sound, and you have a keen eye for detail. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with your proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, make you a standout candidate.

You are logical, a lateral thinker, and have a knack for drafting comprehensive risk reports and templates. Your tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Business, Commerce, or a relevant discipline have equipped you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this role.
