As a Client Partner at Fiserv, you will serve as the primary contact for financial institutions within your geographical portfolio. You use your expertise to offer industry best practices and strategic insights to our enterprise clients, enhancing their overall relationship with us. The ideal candidate must be eager to manage an existing portfolio of clients, maintaining the highest level of support while proactively identifying new opportunities to generate additional revenue.
What You Will Do
- Managing a group of existing installed clients and expanding our business partnerships with them as well as spending some time focusing on business development and driving new business selling within the Financial Services environment, specifically focused on banking and payment solutions.
- Managing relationships with large Banks for financial services technology contracts (licenses, outsourcing, or managed services).
- Proven leadership abilities, a track record of high performance, and the capability to balance multiple priorities are essential.
- Delivering Annual In-Year Revenue and Multi-Year New Sales Revenue
- Build strong pipelines and ensure regular weekly update of all opportunities
- Assisting on large, strategic, multi-product, complex business opportunities
- Form strong relationships and trust with clients to serve their needs at the highest standard
- Work as part of a team, including sharing feedback and insights to help improve the overall performance.
- Strong experience in Payments, Digital and or Core Banking solutions (Preferred)
- Great Negotiation, listening skills and ability to quickly become a trusted resource for decision-makers
- Excellent presentation skills – you’re articulate and confident when liaising with stakeholders. (Preferred)
- Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and be comfortable working with legal and regulatory teams on contracts
- Understanding local and regional payment products, the competitive landscape, local regulations, and complimentary partner services
