The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Compliance & Admin Specialist to join a collaborative and forward-thinking business. In this newly created role, you will be instrumental in supporting internal operations, driving smarter systems, and maintaining key compliance frameworks including ISO standards.

Reporting to senior leaders, you will partner across the business to enhance documentation, improve internal processes, and introduce more efficient ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Restructure and maintain internal file management, including Google Workspace, with alignment to ISO9001 document control standards
  • Support Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) processes in line with ISO9001 and ISO27001
  • Assist with policy and procedure reviews, registers, and compliance tracking
  • Lead monthly reviews and coordination of the corporate risk register and mitigation activities
  • Review workflows and identify opportunities to streamline and integrate systems such as Xero, Asana, Workflow Max, Insightly, and Google Workspace
  • Identify automation and AI opportunities to improve reporting and recurring tasks
  • Build and automate monthly management reporting across departments

The Ideal Candidate:

You will be a strong administrator, coordinator, or compliance professional with a passion for continuous improvement. You bring:

  • Experience working with ISO9001 and ISO27001 or similar compliance frameworks is a must!
  • Confidence managing systems like Google Workspace and integrating platforms such as Xero and Asana
  • Excellent organisation and documentation skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders
