Chief Executive Officer – Growth-Stage Life Sciences Company

An opportunity exists to lead a publicly listed Australian life sciences company as it enters a new phase of growth. With recent strategic developments and a refined clinical direction, the business is preparing to progress its lead therapeutic program into human trials and broaden its commercial platform in high-need treatment areas.

Working closely with the Board and key stakeholders, the CEO will guide the company through clinical execution, market positioning, and corporate development. The company is well supported by a strong scientific team and experienced financial advisers, with early commercial interest in its platform.

We Are Seeking An Executive Who Brings

• Sector experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, health innovation or related research-driven fields
• A sound understanding of clinical development and the regulatory landscape
• Familiarity with capital markets and listed environments
• Leadership capability suited to a lean, agile business environment
• Ability to work with the Board and stakeholders to develop strategy and grow the organisation
• The ability to engage investors, partners and scientific stakeholders with credibility

The successful candidate will be based on the East Coast, ideally Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
