What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years’ experience in consulting, with a focus on financial services (banking, insurance, superannuation, wealth).
- Proven experience delivering complex transformation or technology-led programs.
- Currently operating at Director level or above in a consulting firm.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client portfolios and lead large delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and account development capability.
- Familiarity with the Australian FS regulatory and business landscape.
- Lead delivery of large-scale strategic transformation projects for financial services clients.
- Develop and maintain strong C-level client relationships.
- Drive account growth and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams and ensure delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with global experts to bring best-practice thinking to Australian clients.
- Contribute to practice development, including talent, IP, and go-to-market strategies.
- Step up into a Partner-track leadership role with real autonomy.
