  • Lead architectural strategy across Licensing, Consulting, Annuity, Product, and Resell streams, ensuring scalable and high-performing outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new opportunities, shape business cases, and craft compelling technical solution designs.
  • Bridge the gap between business and technology—guiding internal teams, mentoring engineers, and influencing decision-making across the organisation.
  • Contribute to the continual improvement (effectiveness and efficiency) of work processes, self, project and technical teams
  • Actively seek new knowledge and apply it systematically and effectively in daily work, mentoring others to guide their technical growth
  • Communicate effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Understand and apply policies, procedures and frameworks within the business context
  • Balance delivery and presales—you’ll be 50% billable and 50% engaged in shaping new business opportunities.

  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated presales experience and stakeholder engagement.
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to influence, present, and collaborate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A mindset of ownership, adaptability, and continuous learning.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen + either hold a Baseline security clearance or NV1 or NV2
