Role Overview

We're seeking a proactive and organised Property Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our Property Portfolio. In this key role, you'll work closely with the Group Property Manager, Property Team, and wider organisation to ensure the smooth coordination of property-related activities.

Your responsibilities will include liaising with tenants, licensees, and users of port land and property, as well as managing property processes, systems, and documentation. This role plays a vital part in maintaining efficient operations and supporting the ongoing growth of the Property Portfolio and the wider FPH Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for enquiries, provide property information and raise service requests for repairs/maintenance requests raised by tenants or user of Port Lands
  • Facilitate the lease/licence renewal process with tenants/Licensees from beginning to end
  • Facilitate landlord/licensor approval for works with tenants/licensees from beginning to end
  • Support tenants, licensees and other users of our ports, or key stakeholders with land and property information; and
  • Conduct site visits, tenant liaison meetings and initiate networking conversations.


About You

Your skills and experience will include;

  • A valid drivers licence;
  • Experience in commercial or industrial property management within a corporate property environment
  • Proven ability to manage of lease and licence property processes, including execution and document management process
  • Strong experience managing tenant, tenancy, occupancy relationships
  • Hands on experience setting up new agreements and renewals, including billing and charges and
  • Familiarity with property management systems, with a proactive approach to improving processes.
