About The Role

A unique opportunity is available for an experienced Construction Manager to join our high performing delivery team in the ACT construction business to play a lead role in the delivery of a major, long-term project in Canberra.

As the leader of our construction team, you will have the opportunity to successfully oversee, from construction through to handover, the delivery of this high-level project.

This Role Will See You

  • Managing consultants, contractors, project resources and programme in order to deliver the project to the highest quality, sustainability, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate, motivate and operationally assist project teams, to work collaboratively towards achieving project objectives.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-effective strategies.
  • Upskill team members within the Project & Site Delivery divisions.


To Be Successful, You Will Need

  • 12+ years’ experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience leading the delivery of major projects, as a Construction or Project Manager.
  • Experience delivering large scale commercial office, government, defence, and/or health care project experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration and achieve results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
