Your new role
In this exciting new role, you will be:
- Providing 2nd level IT support to an NFP client.
- Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Performing technical support of servers, network and hardware.
- Delivering a high level of customer service.
- Installing, maintaining and expanding the IT Infrastructure for clients.
- Troubleshooting technical issues across multiple sites in Adelaide.
To be successful in your application, you will need:
- Prior experience providing level 2 IT support in a user-facing role.
- Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange, Office 365, VMware / Hyper-V, Hardware and LAN / WAN Networks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, VMware and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
- Prior experience working within a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy organisation is highly advantageous.
- Current driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.
