Our clients trust us to deliver a premium, highly personalised recruitment service that’s practical, honest, and human-first.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a sharp, relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help shape the next chapter of The People Plugin.

About the Role

This is a full-cycle recruitment role where you’ll work closely with fast-growing clients to find, engage, and place top talent. From briefing through to offer, you’ll manage the process end-to-end — with autonomy, trust, and plenty of support from our small, collaborative team.

You’ll also play a key role in business development, helping grow our client base through relationship-building and targeted outreach.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment projects across a range of industries and roles
• Build deep partnerships with clients and deliver standout candidate experiences
• Source and engage passive candidates using proactive search strategies
• Help identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Contribute to shaping internal systems, tools, and service delivery
• Collaborate closely with a small, purpose-driven team

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in recruitment (agency or internal)
• Strong relationship-building skills — with candidates, clients, and colleagues
• A sharp eye for talent and a practical, solutions-focused mindset
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time effectively
• Bonus: experience recruiting in startups, scale-ups, or high-growth environments
