Since the Mutual Benefits Team’s establishment in 2012 we have invested over $142M into innovative products, tools, projects and partnerships to improve outcomes for employers, injured workers and the communities we support.
The purpose of the Mutual Benefits Program Co-ordinator role is to support effective delivery of the Mutual Benefits Program, including project portfolio administration, governance reporting and financial administration.
This will be a permanent, full time position preferably based in one of our NSW offices, although, open to Adelaide, Queensland and Victoria depending on successful applicant. You will have the option to work from home 3 days per week and 2 days in the office once you complete training.

Your Responsibilities
- Maintaining the Mutual Benefits project portfolio database
- Processing new projects, funding application forms, project status updates, closure reports, and supporting with project invoices, recharges and purchase orders
- Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders through engagement, collaboration, and effective communication to support the success of projects and the Mutual Benefits Program
- Extracting data and preparing Board and other governance reports
- Key finance liaison to support financial reporting
- 2 + years in a similar role
- Experience with processing purchase orders, invoices and financial reporting
- Excellent MS PowerPoint skills
- Excellent Excel skills
- Highly motivated and independent worker
- Excellent organisational skills and abilities
- A true team player who thrives in working in a fast paced & close knit team
- Outstanding customer service skills, you will be able to interact with various internal and external stakeholders at different levels of seniority
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
