Job Description
We currently have an opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team based in North Ryde, Sydney. You will be accountable and responsible for the successful delivery of office and administrative functions for two NSW Schools PPP contracts. Reporting to the Contract Manager and working closely with the Operations Team, this role is a key member of the team, we are looking for someone to take on this challenging role and who has a strong stakeholder focus to ensure that a high quality of service is provided.
About You
Please note - You will be required to have (or ability to obtain) a National Police Check & a Working with Children Check.

About You
- Have demonstrated experience providing administration support.
- Demonstrated skills and experience with Microsoft suite including Excel & Word
- Previous experience with raising purchase orders, invoicing and Accounts Payable.
- Ability to self-manage and adapt to conflicting work requirements
- Prior facilities experience ideal but not essential
