Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to lead client relationships and ensure exceptional campaign delivery across digital marketing channels. This role is responsible for overseeing client campaigns, ensuring timely execution, maintaining strong internal and external communications, and driving client satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in digital marketing, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships with confidence and professionalism.

Daily

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor campaign progress, team assignments, and deadline adherence
  • Liaise with clients to communicate progress, provide insights, and recommend strategy adjustments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align deliverables with client brand voice and goals
  • Ensure client briefs, changes, and updates are communicated across departments
  • Proactively follow up with clients and team members to keep projects on track
  • Maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude and contribute to a collaborative team culture

Weekly

  • Facilitate weekly client communications and manage follow-ups
  • Review and analyse campaign performance across traffic, leads, and sales
  • Coordinate internal tasks to align with client priorities and timelines

Monthly

  • Conduct client reporting sessions and suggest performance-driven adjustments
  • Update CRM systems and communicate client status changes to leadership
  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities for additional services

Quarterly

  • Create and present performance summaries to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Participate in personal development by completing a marketing-related course or reading
  • Provide feedback for team performance evaluations

Key Challenges

  • Managing multiple client relationships with consistent, high-quality service
  • Coordinating deadlines and campaign assets across cross-functional teams
  • Aligning campaign strategies with client goals and budget
  • Tracking and optimising campaign performance metrics
  • Proactive follow-ups and accountability within the team

Internal Relationships

Account Team: Daily project updates

Operations Team: Daily project updates

Operations Manager: Weekly resourcing and approvals

Department Heads: Ad-hoc project and client escalations

HR & CEO: Feedback and performance evaluations (quarterly/as requested)

External Relationships

Suppliers: Project deliverables (as needed)

Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken)

Screening: Written and spoken English assessment, cultural fit evaluation
