What You’ll Be Doing…
- Lead with Purpose: Lead a functional team in a fast-paced DC, driving safety, performance and efficiency
- Own the Operational Rhythm: Manage workflow planning, compliance, asset management and reporting

- Collaborate to Elevate: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver key operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead from the Floor: Be an on-the-floor leader – you’re present, sleeves rolled up, and driving performance through hands-on coaching
- Drive Operational Excellence: Champion SRG policies, budgets, KPIs and our commitment to operational excellence
You're a natural leader who thrives in a dynamic warehouse environment and inspires teams to perform at their best. You’ll bring:
- Successful People Leader: Proven leadership experience in a retail or 3PL distribution centre
- Tech-Savvy and System Smart: Strong WMS experience (Korber preferred) and confidence using Excel
- Inventory Insight & Labour Savvy: Experience in inventory management and understanding of labour models
- Change Champion: Ability to coach and lead teams through change – while maintaining a calm, safety-first approach
- Safety & Compliance Pro: Sound understanding of CoR legislation, incident management and safety compliance
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: Exposure to Continuous Improvement or Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Qualifications That Count: A current forklift license and relevant supply chain/business qualifications are highly desirable
