About the roles:
- Tullamarine - Monday to Friday (7.00 am to 4.30 pm)
- South Morang - Monday to Friday (6.30 am to 4.00 pm)
With safety and quality at the forefront of everything wo do at SMART, these roles will include, but not be limited to:
- Cleaning and polishing vehicles once repairs are complete.
- Ensuring the vehicle is cleaned in accordance with documented processes and procedures.
- Maintain your own spacious, indoor wash bay and equipment.
- Ad hoc duties throughout the repair centre as required.
- Site initiated incentives, including BBQ lunches, gift cards, team dinners and events, end of year XMAS function, annual cash awards for our best performing individuals and teams.
- Career development and training, including I-Car training and assessment for Panel and Paint technicians.
