The Culture & Sustainability team sits within our high performing People & Culture Group. Passionate about innovation, design and creating solutions to support our people to thrive, we focus on leadership, diversity, wellbeing, ESG, culture, engagement, careers & capability. The Org Capability team’s focus is closely integrated with the broader People & Culture team’s strategy; with a predominant focus on building enterprise capability to enable our High-Performance Culture, ensuring new people are onboarding, that all their learning and compliance needs met and that People Leaders are supported to hit the ground running. The role of the Organisation Capability team is also to ensure are people are future ready with skills for the future .
The role is predominantly responsible for our Australian business, however, to support REA’s growth ambitions there is more regular need to support work in our international locations. For example, designing enterprise capabilities programs that are scalable globally and/or onboarding requirements in Manila and India.
What You Will Be Doing
- The design, development and facilitation of both Individual Contributor and team based experiences - including formal programs, short sessions and other learning interventions to support our capability strategy and Enterprise Capabilities
- Partnering across the Culture & Capability team to support with the design and delivery of capability development associated with our Culture, DEI and Wellbeing strategies as well as our broader People & Culture Strategy
- Iterating and continuously updating/ improving our products as driven by enterprise growth and tech advancements
- Work closely with global instructional design team to produce seamless multi-model learning products that enhance the UX, and accommodate diverse learning needs
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and engage in ongoing consultation with REA’s HR Business Partners to deliver capability interventions reflective of business needs
- Custodianship and facilitation of corporate induction and onboarding experiences (both locally and globally where required)
- Custodianship and maintenance of REA-University to optimise user experience and business impact
- Measuring impact and effectiveness of enterprise capability offerings, and iterating for continuous improvement and to support the growth of REA’s learning culture
- Collaborating with external learning providers to ensure all capability offerings and platforms meet the highest REA standards
- Working with the Capability Coordinator to optimise our user experiences within the LMS
- Working effectively within the Federated Learning Model and with our REA Learning Community
- Occasional travel to deliver learning experiences to our REA family beyond the Melbourne office

- Experience in instructional design & facilitation of core people skills (e.g., feedback, team building, communication etc) in both face to face and virtual workshop/webinar formats
- Tech savvy; experience with learning platforms (LMS/LXP) and learning providers (e.g. LinkedIn Learning)
- Confidence in designing & delivering dynamic, engaging & impactful capability development sessions in person and virtually with demonstrated business impact
- Experienced critical thinker with the ability to deliver integrated solutions for the enterprise
- Demonstrated ability to build and facilitate relationships across different stakeholder groups to build trust, foster collaboration and influence outcomes
