From early childhood development to assistive technology and functional capacity assessments, we’ll support you to grow in areas you care about.
Support That Feels Genuine
Clinical supervision, peer mentoring, and daily collaboration are part of our DNA. You’ll never be left to figure things out alone—and you’ll have time to reflect, learn, and feel proud of the difference you make.
Flexibility That Fits Your Life
Design your week around your strengths and preferences. With a mix of clinic, community, school, and home-based work—and flexible start and finish times—you’ll find a rhythm that works for you.
Generous Benefits
As an Occupational Therapist with Peninsula Plus, you’ll work with children and young adults across a range of settings to support functional participation, skill-building, and independence. You’ll collaborate with families, educators, and support workers to co-design supports that are practical, respectful, and empowering.
Your caseload will be shaped around your interests and passions—whether that’s sensory processing, emotional regulation, school readiness, self-care, or assistive technology.
You’ll be part of a collaborative allied health team including Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Teachers of the Deaf, and our caring Customer Service crew.
