Oracle Technical Consultant

Logical are currently working with an enterprise company that are hiring for an Oracle Customer Care & Billing Consultant.

This role is for a minimum period of 6 months with a view to extend.

Responsibilities-

• To deliver technical solutions supporting utility operations.
• The role involves configuring, customizing, and integrating CC&B applications, developing service scripts, and supporting data conversion and batch processing.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, ensure system performance, and troubleshoot issues.
• Strong skills in PDB development, SQL, PL/SQL, and working with Oracle databases
• Experience with CC&B integrations using middleware (e.g., Oracle SOA Suite)
• Proficiency in data conversion and migration tools

Requirements-

• Relevant implementation experience in Victorian utility service provider
• Understanding of the regulatory framework and utility billing process
• Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
