About the role:
You will be the face of technology to InvoCare and are accountable for providing the highest levels of customer service at all times.

As part of a hands-on and distributed team across Australia and New Zealand, our IT Support Analysts serve as the first point of contact for InvoCare team members seeking technical assistance over the phone, in person or via email. This role will be required to participate in a rotating on-call roster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Positively represent the IT department in all interactions by providing the highest levels of customer service at all times
  • Actively engaging with customers and building strong networks across the organisation
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving technical queries
  • Monitor and report service delivery requests and incidents
  • Develop and maintain clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation

What We're Looking For:

Essential

  • Experience supporting end user computing devices including laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, phones and mobile solutions
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Platforms and Applications (including but not limited to Windows 10/11, Office Suite of Products, Office 365, MS Teams, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, InTune)
  • Knowledge and experience of meeting room technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
  • Understanding of the ITIL Framework, and experience working within an ITIL-based environment

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Mitel telephony platform
  • Experience with Microsoft SCCM and PowerShell
  • Experience in maintaining an Asset Management register
  • ITIL Certification
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems or a related discipline
